Ballon d’Or Race is an independent football ranking website operated by the owner of the johanpaudel GitHub account. This notice describes the current public website at ballondor-race.pages.dev, with the earlier Render address retained during migration.

Using the rankings

You do not need an account. Player searches, competition filters and player details run in your browser using public static data files, downloaded only when needed. We do not send your search terms to a server or use them to build a visitor profile. The current ranking page does not set application cookies or use browser storage. Comments and visitor submissions are not currently enabled.

Website hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, with Render used for the earlier address. When you visit, the hosting infrastructure receives technical request information, which can include your IP address, browser information, requested address and request time, to deliver and protect the service. The providers describe their processing in the Cloudflare privacy policy and Render privacy policy. Information you send directly to a third-party service is governed by that service's policies.

Advertising

We are applying to Google AdSense. Ads and advertising scripts are not enabled in this release; an ads.txt record alone does not serve ads or track visitors.

If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits across the internet. Ad serving may process information such as IP addresses, device identifiers and ad interactions. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and its privacy policy. You can manage personalized advertising through Google's ad settings and participating vendors' choices at YourAdChoices.

Before enabling advertising, we will configure the required consent controls for applicable visitors and update this notice to reflect the services actually used.

We will update this page when visitor data handling changes. For privacy questions, reach the operator through the public contact options on the operator's GitHub profile, when available. Avoid posting personal or sensitive information in public.
